Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchase from www.duckanddressing.com, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase. The sale is final after 14 days of receiving the item(s). Contact info@duckanddresssing for any return inquires.

If you are returning an item that was purchased at our Monroe location, you will receive in-store credit only. Contact email@example.com for returning in-store purchases via mail.
Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice, along with the new, unused item and all original product packaging and accessories.
All trend boxes cannot be returned or refunded after receiving the box. Subscriptions can be managed by clicking the "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation email.
Clothing items featured in the large or medium trend box can be exchanged while supplies last. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for availability.
We do not accept returned jewelry unless damaged due to shipping.
To return or exchange an item by mail, follow these steps:
1. On a copy of your original receipt, please indicate (highlight, circle, etc.) the item(s) you wish to return.
2. On a separate sheet of paper, please provide the following information:
A. Detailed explanation of the reason(s) you wish to return the item(s).
B. Your name, phone number and address, if different from what is on the receipt.
C. Indicate if you wish to exchange the item for a comparable item
1. Exchange for same item (if received original damaged)
2. Exchange for different size of same item
3. Exchange for different item
3. Repack the new, unused item(s), any/all accessories, the copy of your receipt, your reasons for wishing to return the item(s), and your requested replacement item(s), if any, securely in the original product packaging. Use new packaging if original packaging is not available or is damaged.
4. Send the item(s) and materials requested above to this address: Duck & Dressing, 411 DeSiard Street, Monroe, LA 71201
IMPORTANT: Be sure to insure the package for its full value and request tracking proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail or damaged upon return.
5. Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), Duck & Dressing, LLC, will refund the cost of the returned item(s), plus sales tax, to the credit card you originally used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
6. If you indicate that you wish to exchange an item for one of greater value, those charges will be applied to your credit card, and a new receipt will be issued.
7. Original shipping charges, your costs to return item(s), and charges to ship exchanged item(s), if applicable, will not be refunded.
8. If you need to return or exchange an item you received as a gift or if you do not have the original receipt, please email email@example.com.
